露天的支付連匯款問題 - 網賣

事情是這樣的，小妹昨天晚上近9點時在露天買了商品並選擇了支付連ATM匯款，然而匯了款之後露天那邊卻一直顯示著請於期限內付款，賣家也表示未入帳
跟朋友一起確認過好幾次明細表上的金額及匯款帳號都正確，請問這是正常的嗎？
因為金額對小妹來說有點大，等到現在已經超過12小時了實在很慌張 很怕匯款期限都過了還顯示未付款，雖然有寫信去客服不過聽說兩邊的效率都很糟糕，電話也都打不通 https://i.imgur.com/9ouHy2r.jpg
