關於蝦皮賣場經營課稅問題 - 網賣

小弟是蝦皮的小賣家，最近遇到一些稅務的問題。
目前月營業額穩定落在10~19萬之間，期望能將營業額壓在
20萬以內並且不要有5%稅務與開發票等問題
有以下問題，希望有大大能幫忙解答
1.月營業額是看訂單的哪一個日期?
a.買家下訂單時間?
b.蝦皮預計播款日?
c.買家完成訂單日
d.other
2.蝦皮是否有可以產生報稅報表的功能，可以產生訂單收入+運費+蝦皮行銷費用的總金額?
3.記帳士跟我說，稅務員直接抓資料核定每季所需繳的稅額，不需要透過記帳士。
但還是感覺有點毛毛的，想問一下各位百萬店主有人也是直接透過稅務員與蝦皮官方
直接抓資料的方式直接報稅的嗎?
因為我爬版上的文幾乎都是需要提供賣場報表給記帳士士去完成報稅
小弟問題有點多，再請各位百萬店主大大們給點指教
