我在通化街伊東屋買東西
但是東西不合用，我想退貨
查過置底文
如果要退貨需要依照經營者規定
想請問一下
所謂"經營者規定"是一定會有白紙黑字的規定??
還是店員口頭說說「我們不能退貨」這樣就算是經營者的規定了呢??
我擔心店員不給退貨，畢竟不是符合消保法第19條的買賣

(距離七天還差兩天，真希望可以趕快退貨....)
