我要買MOMO台的一個商品
我是在MOMO網站上看到 在由電話訂購的
由於沒有看到過他在電視上販賣時的介紹 不清楚是否有提及鑑賞期的狀況
但網站上的確有特別註明:
退貨條件：除商品本身有瑕疵可辦理退貨，
商品一經使用或損毀即不可退貨，
退貨必須保留紙箱及商品組合之齊全及完整性主體外觀不得刮傷、配件贈品不得缺件，
需完整。當您申請退換貨時，貨運公司前往收取退換貨時，
請主動索取貨運取貨單據，保留至退換貨完成。
這是符合消保法的嗎?
我的狀況是否是屬於特種購物 可以七日無條件退費呢?
我還沒有收到商品 但對於網站上的註明覺得很有疑惑
如果一經使用就不可退貨的話 應該就不符合無條件退貨吧
