買家全部商品給差評 - 網賣

各位好,有一個問題想詢問各位前輩
7/19 我的個人賣場有一位買家向我們反應漏寄了商品,於是我向買家詢問了他方便的補
寄方式,但是買家提供的是全家商店的地址,由於便利商店不能接受郵寄收貨,所以向買
家反應了無法透過此方式寄送,這時這位買家就回覆說:漏寄是你的問題,我下標了貨到
付款,你跟我說你不知道怎麼寄送?
後續去查訂單才發現這位買家又下標了一筆訂單,但是未告知我們,後續我們有做補寄商
品的動作,但是員工補寄時出錯,寄給別人,我們有再跟這位買家致歉並再次補寄商品
但是這位買家他在兩次購買的訂單商品裡(一共28個商品),漏寄的或是沒問題的商品,全
部都給與我們差評
我們這方面的疏失我勇於承擔,也做出了補償,也願意讓買家退款不退商品,但是他堅持
不改評價也不願意再溝通
想請問各位前輩,若是這位買家不肯更改評價,是否能採取法律途徑,採取提告能有機會
嗎? 提告需要哪方面的注意事項嗎? 煩請各位前輩教導,謝謝您。
