如圖,想詢問版友遇到類似奧客有沒有解決之道。
詳細情況如下:
買家12/6收到貨當下隨即給五星,隔天反應水壺會漏水,之前售後未曾收到類似問題,手邊的庫存蓋子測試後大概跟買家描述的相同,故沒有讓他退換貨並給予$100折價券,買家也同意此項補償,折價券當天就被另一個帳號使用完畢,想說售後服務到此結束。
時至昨日12/21收到買家更改商品評價為三顆星,本人是評價魔人,看到當下無法接受便詢問買家此舉為何,而有了今天帶情緒的處理方式。
目前是打算在他的評價附上截圖,但怕他使用折價券的小帳再來給負評,請問有其他更好的處理方式嗎?
