請問大家都怎麼提醒買家取貨 - 網賣

嗨大家好～
從開始使用蝦皮到現在也快三個月了，陸陸續續賣了一些東西。
通常商品抵達買家指定門市時我會用聊聊提醒他們去取貨。之前碰到的買家都蠻好的，貨
到一天之內都會去取貨，所以我都提醒一次就可以了。
不過這次碰到的買家，8/15一早顯示包裹送達後，我就立刻提醒通知取貨，可是到今天8/
17還沒去取貨，聊聊也沒回(明明就有上線)...。
想請問各位賣家通常會再提醒一次嗎？還是再多等幾天呢？或是有沒有別的方法聯絡買家
