這是一個有點良心道德跟生意損失上的掙扎~~
我們有個大陸客人,
很堅持要買我們公司的一個羊奶產品給三歲的小朋友喝,
這個產品試給成人有骨關節問題的人使用,
而且大多數購買的客人都是醫生或者復健師建議後才來買的!
上次來買的時候同事就跟客人說這個"不適合"小朋友服用,
客人很兇的說 "要不然你要我的孩子吃甚麼?哪裡買??"
這次客人又說還要再買六瓶給孩子吃,
但是這個產品就連有心臟病腎臟病的成人都不能吃了!(鉀鈉的含量都高)!
更何況是孩子呢??????
可是客人又很凶而且很堅持~~~
同事說這次要不要講的恐怖嚴重一點?
但是這樣講,萬一他把上次買的吃光了還拿來退怎麼辦?
就算是老闆說這個事涉孩子的健康~~退就給他退吧!
可是恐怖的大陸人萬一說要告我們哩???
我承認我是一個幻想力豐富的人~~~
不過我想到好多恐怖的可能,
越想越害怕~~~ (還好不用我去跟客人說~~~~)
如果今天是你,你會怎麼應對這個客人呢?
基本上我們是不想得罪他,但是也不想讓他繼續買這個給小孩吃~~~~
