蝦皮買家故意不取貨有什麼辦法嗎? - 網賣

如題,有一位買家在蝦皮購買我的商品,購買之前我有與買方確認,不提供貨到付款服務
....因買方認為線上匯款會有額外手續費問題,並希望我參考買方過往購買紀錄(100%取
貨,無退貨紀錄),並承諾一定會取貨等字眼,因此我開了先例讓她選擇貨到付款的方式
.....
依規定貨到七天買方要取貨,否則將退回原超商。商品抵達超商後我以蝦皮訊息通知買家
兩次,買家也有看到訊息(有上線時間紀錄),但買家皆無任何回應,算一下時間只剩1
天商品就要退回了...
以上狀況,我認為好像是被惡意棄標...我們所有對話紀錄都有保留,想確認若商品被退
回這樣是否可對買家做什麼處置呢?(比如可否至警察局備案?)真的對這種不負責的買
家感到憤怒啊啊啊啊.....謝謝各位QQ
