最近收到一筆蝦皮通知~內容如下:
感謝您對蝦皮購物的愛用與支持,
由於7-9月黑貓訂單運費撥款異常,導致有部分訂單撥款未正確扣除或是回補運費。
附件為您的專屬對帳單,您的異常訂單筆數共 1 筆,金額為 120;
系統將於10/xx透過蝦皮錢包扣除
請注意,執行回補或扣除金額時,如您的蝦皮錢包內沒有餘額,
系統將會等待到有款項入帳時自動扣除。
對帳務內容有任何問題,歡迎直接回覆本信件詢問。
造成您的不便,蝦皮購物深感抱歉,也感謝您的諒解。
後來才發現到該筆訂單在設定當下沒有去注意到 黑貓有尺寸不同而生的運費差異
所以小妹我在當時的確沒注意要再做設定,是的我的確也有錯
因此該筆交易買家只付了$90 (黑貓最低運費)
但因為是在交易完成後的兩個月才收到蝦皮通知
現在一時要我去請買家補這個差額,已留言買家但裝死未回中...
蝦皮沒有"即時"(或起碼在交易完成後2周內吧)通知之下,
等到買家也收貨了,商品也使用了
這個運費差額要我去補足跟本是虧本賣 (當初也是用遠低於市價出售)
實在讓我無法接受這種電商本身系統問題造成後續的交易問題
也試著問問蝦皮是否願意協助部份吸收這筆差額,因為蝦皮及賣家雙方都有疏失
只是目前收到蝦皮回應都是"你家的事"的態度 會依他們流程來補收該差額
同時我也請蝦皮協助通知or聯絡買家關於此運費差額~
但蝦皮客服的回覆是:
由於蝦皮購物沒有提供外撥給買家的服務,
建議您可以透過聊聊與買家再次確認後續作業
不知道是否有版有有類似經驗:
交易完成後,才知道要補足運費(但運費通常由買家支付)
本案狀況是否無解了? 買家不願付賣家是否有其他解呢?
