事情是這樣子的
我女朋友在星期四(12/7)從高雄寄出食品到新竹
新竹地區宅便人員沒有聯絡上我後,把貨品交付他人代收後卻沒有告知
直到我女友告知新竹營業所我並未收到的消息後,才打電話告訴我東西已被代收
但告知時間已晚(PM5:40),故代收人員已下班,且由於昨天是星期五(12/8)
接下來的兩天是假日,所以我沒有辦法拿到我的東西(尤其這東西是食品),
讓人生氣的是收費高卻得不到比較好的服務,那我不如用郵局
所以我想請問一下,這樣的情況我可以主張什麼來保護我的權益嗎?
且類似的情形已經發生第二次,實在是讓人覺得不舒服
誰在很想找管道發洩一下不滿
誰可以提供一下相關經驗 謝謝
