我想請問一下,
我去眼鏡行配硬式隱形眼鏡,已經載了快七年了
這中間,從來都沒送去保養或是拋光過
最近覺得眼睛很不舒服,看了眼科好像是隱形眼鏡的問題
所以想請老闆送回去給原廠處理一下
結果,老闆完全不幫我,還一直叫我要換一付
後來去了另一家,他願意幫我送,可是要先知道品牌才有辦法
所以我們打電話去問
老闆整個很過份,他說他有權利不告訴我們品牌是什麼
(知道品牌不是消費者基本的權利嗎?)
還說我之前去他那驗光、詢問他都沒收工本費了
(第一次聽說驗光、詢問要錢耶)
最扯的是他後來講到不想講,就直接說他把我的資料弄丟了
整個就是講的很火大!!!!
請問一下,老闆有這種權利不說出消費者使用的品牌嗎?
(唉,整個很想投訴他耶!!!)
