碰到硬凹郵資的客人大家怎麼處理呢? - 網賣

網拍生涯邁入第三年,實在沒想到會偷凹郵資的人這麼多。
由於奇摩系統設定關係,不得不開啟郵資修改權限,
以免買家購買多樣不同體積商品時,運費也跟著累積上去。
賣場規範描述很清楚,關於我、商品頁面都有寫,購買三件免郵資。
昨天一個買家未經詢問、議價,直接下標單件商品,超取付款自行修改郵資為NTD$0。
我發現後留言給買家,告知賣場不接受未經詢問就修改為免郵,並取消訂單。
接著,買家又用另一個帳號,下標同一件商品,還是選擇超取付款並修改郵資扣除5元。
我不懂啊?
這算是甚麼心態?
加減凹一點也好嗎?
我還是取消訂單,並留言告知買家,賣場不接受未經詢問就修改郵資。
然後將買家兩個帳號都加入黑名單,以後不想浪費時間。
半天後,買家丟了一個普評,說因為無法跟我聯絡,希望我可以解除她的黑名單。
這時候我才真正火大,遇上沒有禮貌凹郵資的買家,不想做生意加黑名單,
結果卻換來一個普評,實在覺得委屈。。。。
詢問奇摩系統申訴後,客服說買家沒錯無法介入,這個普評是吞定了。
這不是我第一次遇到會凹的客人,
只不過之前被取消訂單的買家,會摸摸鼻子算了,
想請問大家,我這樣的做法程序哪裡不對嗎?
其他賣家碰上這樣的狀況,會怎麼處理呢?
