看過的好客人類型,難得一見 - 顧客行為

我們店是半自助,意思就是頂多進門接待會跟你說
吸煙和禁煙區在哪,其他點餐結帳都要自己來
我們只負責送和收餐,還有整理你留下的桌面
先大概說明...
1.有次看到一對男女來吃飯,當他們要走時
我看到那男生,還把他拿的書報雜誌整理好
拿回書報架整齊擺好....
當然你放桌上也沒錯拉,我們本來就要幫你收
不過我看到更多的是,
離開後雜誌亂丟...甚至在地上的
沾到一堆殘渣的,我真的懷疑你嘴巴是有破洞嗎??
看到這位自動收書的客人,實在不簡單...
即使書報架在大門旁,客人都不見的會順手放回去了
2.昨天遇到而已,我們點餐是輸入產品號碼,好比750
客人A:先生,這東西好像送錯了,我點的不是這項
(通常不是客人劃錯格,就是我們輸錯號碼)
我 :沒關係我幫你查一下
(因為我們點餐單都還會保留著)
後來證實是我們輸錯號碼,客人沒劃錯格
我們本來就會無條件換給他,不過這時一般客人
"那幫我重作一份"....這算是最正常的反應
有些態度很差的....雖然是我們櫃檯出錯
"這樣也會點錯,在幹什麼"
"那到底還要多久,你們怎麼辦事的"...等等
重點是昨天這位好客人,他竟然還很貼心的說
"那這樣換會不會很麻煩,東西都送了"
"做好又換這樣會給你們添麻煩耶"
重點這次錯的完全是我們,櫃檯輸錯號碼
他還很貼心的為我們想,怕麻煩
這種好客人,我當然一定會給你換
我還請吧台做一杯飲料給他,當做賠罪
這種客人實在太少見了,還會替店家想...
以後有想到在補充...
