我只針對這點提出疑問:
如果說機器沒有締約權,那自動販賣機還能用嗎? 我投了十塊錢下去,拿走飲料,
結果廠商能夠以 "對不起我標錯價格,我一開始就沒有要賣你這種價格所以買賣無效"
跟你討回飲料嗎?
尤其是現在電子化的自動/半自動銷售與服務這麼多,豈不是通通可以這樣主張?
很多還不是實體貨品買賣的,如果是這樣,那天下會大亂,這些學者腦袋裡面裝的
都是些什麼東西啊?
