今天店長接了一張 來自內部相關企業 部長級 的訂單。
該部長 是想要買 傢具...金額約在4500元左右。
先說一下,我們在下單傢具後,倉庫最快要三天後才能配送。
畢竟是全省連鎖,也不是只有我們門市在接單...
由於是相關企業的長官,我們當然很高興可以接洽, 但這卻是莫名的開始..
該長官要求:
1. 我今天買明天就要送到我家。
2. 你們活動快開始了,我要先享有活動權力。(抵用券+免運費)
3. 我要求打九折 (很合理,你是員工,我們當然會給你員工折扣)
4. 我長骨刺,所以你們要再派員工來我家幫我組裝。
5. 我不會先去門市結帳,請你們組裝的員工帶著零錢和發票來,我會給你們現金。
以上,在倉庫就快下班的同時,我們只好拜託倉庫幫我們寄宅急便。
明天一早在人力不足的狀況下,我們得再調整班表,好讓兩位夥伴親自到部長府上
組裝傢具。
第一次碰到,自家人為難自家人的情況,而且還是一個部長級的。
怎麼會這樣?我以為自己人應該都會體諒自己人...結果!?
真的很失望....這些不合理的要求,竟然出自於自 己 人。唉....
