書本沾到水但無破損 書店要求我全額賠償 - 消費者保護

各位好,我在最近花了35元租了一本小說,
因為不慎沾到水導致書中數頁濕掉,但沒有破損,已經弄乾了,
但書店卻說因為我是第一個租閱的人,請我用全新的價格把書買下來,
我想請問,租書店規定的"書本如有損壞需全額賠償"這點,這本書只有濕了又乾的觸感,
並無任何的撕毀或是髒污,請問這樣我可以跟店長反應嗎?
如果今天書本的任何一頁有不到一公分的撕毀或是一點大小的髒污,我一定願意賠,
但在這並無影響閱讀情況以及書外觀完整的狀況下,我一定要賠償嗎?
