有物品要拖運
打了兩通電話到新竹物流詢問運費
有告知尺寸和寄送地點,得到的報價金額是350元
覺得運費合理後,才預約貨運司機到府收件
結果到家收件當天
貨運司機卻說運費要800元,遠高於報價金額
當下有跟司機說,有詢問過運費了,不應該這麼貴
司機卻口氣很不好地,用台語說「要不要寄,隨便你」
當下覺得很不合理和生氣,但為了準時讓客戶收到貨品而被迫付款
運費亂喊價,收費無標準,前後說法不一,坑殺顧客
事後還是覺得一肚子火
在官網寫信申訴了,還沒收到回應
該如何有效申訴?
只希望追討回超收的費用
以後不再信任這家公司了
