之前大家都說紅龍雞塊很好吃。
可是買回去我都用油炸
油炸完之後,有種味道總是令我討厭(臭油味?油漬味?…不明的味道)
所以買完還頗後悔的。
後來,看到版友都是用烤箱烤的,於是某天我也試著烤四個紅龍雞塊
溫度調180度,約15分鐘,
從外面看烤箱的情形是,雞塊快熟會膨膨,還有油在上面叭滋叭滋的感覺。
吃的時候,我的媽呀~我最討厭的臭油味跟油漬味都不見了
而且比我炸的時候更好吃,雞肉很多汁,很嫩。也不會很油。
整個吃完很健康,很安心!!!!
紅龍的雞塊真的只適合用烤箱烤。
真心推薦啦…
想到之前有二包都用油炸掉…突然覺得美味被扔進垃圾桶的感覺。
只剩下一包可以用烤箱烤了。要格外珍惜
