記得去年的最後一天,所有的事情、結帳動作都做好了,
大家都在靜心等待、祈禱剩餘最後兩分鐘千萬不要殺出程咬金,
因為大家下班後都要和朋友去跨年,晚上10點下班如果延遲,勢必來不及倒數...

正當我踩著輕快腳步,打算放下鐵捲門時,
突然一位大嬸下車快步衝進來,他先生還在外面停車,
大嬸:請問你們要打烊了嗎??
我:是的,我們營業時間到10點,請問有什麼事嗎??
大嬸:先等一下,我現在要買手機!你快一點!!
我:你現在要買嗎??
大嬸:對呀!不行嗎?
我:沒有不行呀!!那你有看好要哪一款或是什麼功能的嗎??
大嬸:不知道,我都好你給我介紹吧!!
我:那你有大概多少預算嗎?因為預算會影響手機功能性,還是有沒有什麼特殊要求?
大嬸:我都好,我也不懂,就介紹吧!!
我:(這種最難介紹)你要不要先看一下這一款,目前有作特惠,有打算新辦或是續約嗎?
大嬸:喔~都可以呀!!看心情...
(這時先生停好車走進來)
先生:你幹麻急在這時候買,人家要下班了啦!
大嬸:我買很快啦!看到喜歡的就買啦!!
先生:可是你連你自己要續約還是新辦門號都沒有決定,你叫人家怎麼介紹??
而且這麼匆促買下來,你回去後悔怎麼辦?!!
大嬸:反正不喜歡就退押!!現在都嘛有七天鑑賞期!!
我:不好意思!因為我們是門市現場買賣,所以沒有七天鑑賞期唷!
而且除非手機有非人為故障問題,不然也是不能更換的!
如果新品故障更換也只限同款式、同色系,不能這款不喜歡要換別款!!
大嬸:現在買東西哪有這樣!!
先生和大嬸持續辯論中....討論該不該現在買、匆促買...
看分針已經指向10分,我決定快刀斬亂麻,
我:其實先生說的也對,因為約一簽下去就是兩年,
我們也不希望你買了一支不喜歡或是不適用的手機,然後懊悔不已~
你可以看一下這一份特惠目錄,裡面有幾款還不錯的,
我先幫你圈起來, 順便跟你解說一下,
你可以想一下自己比較想要或需要的功能是哪一款,
等回去後和先生仔細考慮後再決定要哪一支手機...
大嬸:嗯~好吧!!這樣也對啦!啊不然我也不知道該買什麼好~

好心的大爺、大娘呀!!
可以體恤我們一年的辛苦,讓我們平安、順利的去跨年嗎!??
請不要在重大節慶時,打烊前最後一分鐘再衝進來買東西....這樣可以嗎!!!!??
