我姐是xx電信客服 ,那天接到一個客人電話
她說當時在門市續了一隻機子,後來回去後
用了一星期,突然沒法開機,就請門市送修
送完回來後,馬上就出了另一個問題~~~~
客人表示每次她一發完簡訊,手機就會告訴她發送
失敗,叫她重發,後來她拿到帳單,才發現有高額
的簡訊費,就打來吵說要退錢…我姐就告訴她
可以幫她爭取看看,但沒法保証全額,且要請她把手機再
送回原廠修好,要不以後還是會有相同情況
她就一直吵,手機才剛續約不到一個月,就出問題,是電信公司的錯
她要換一隻新的,有和她解說實體店面沒有七天鑑賞,
且已有一年保固,也不會和她收維修費,但她一直盧~~~~~~
還說手機是在門市買的,你們要負連帶賠償責任,就算手機是你們和聯強買
也一樣,你們和聯強一人一半賠給我,為啥要我自己去修
我想問問啦…真的是這樣子的嗎???雖然她買到這樣的機子真的很倒楣啦
但真有那麼好,可以換的嗎??
