我賣了一個杯子
那是別人國外帶回送我的全新品
上面有杯蓋那種可以泡茶的杯子
上面連有一個攪拌棒
買家買了之後拿活去說裝水時候轉過來杯蓋插入攪拌棒處會漏水
他說想退
請問可以嗎?
PS: 是面交的, 有給他檢查過
請問我可以不退嗎?
我不退他, 他竟然找她家長打電話給我說要寄信給學校之類的, 我很不高興
這應該是商品本身設計的問題， 不是壞掉的商品
