包裝土司一定要添加麵質改良劑,不然第二天麵質劣化就會變難吃
所以要好吃又要少添加物,只可能選擇現烤吐司
麵糰烤出來就是純白的,配方當中奶油加越多顏色越褐
覺得奶味很重很假的應該是奶油加很多
發霉得應該是沒等到放涼就包裝起來,水氣凝結很容易長黴
吐司有大洞不算異常只算沒做好,黴長在大洞處也是合理得因為水氣比較多
調味吐司如果要有明顯香味,大部分都是靠香精
因為食物本身其實沒這麼香
全麥吐司不可能全麥
因為全麥很難烤,又很難吃
所以是口感和視覺效果居多
基本上好吃、便宜、健康不可兼得
我是建議選擇現烤的、最基本的品項(例如一般白吐司)
比較不會加一些有得沒的,也不會花到冤枉錢買一堆香料或油脂
喜歡特殊口味在自行另外添加就好
