最近經常買大潤發的法國麵包
逛大潤發這麼久,沒注意麵包部
因為之前併購的新聞
有人在ptt上寫說以後想吃大潤發歐包,因為併購可能就吃不到的文字
於是買了一個很貴的大潤發堅果歐包
一百多,普普,沒有吃出麥香與天然酵母的口感
後來想說法國麵包應該是最能測出麵包部門功力的選項
東客明太子法國,雖然個頭小小,但脆度、麵香、切面氣孔等
每次買都維持水準,但價格也是不便宜,62還是65 忘了
大潤發的法國麵包有兩種
我先買了59的黑麥法國
因為夾到袋子後要請麵包部小哥貼標籤
我就順便問麵包部小哥,59元這款跟49元有什麼區別?
小哥說59元的麵團是從法國坐飛機來的
49元是他們用T65麵粉做
後來買了很多次,覺得49元的法國麵包不錯
因為以前有陣子自己買T65,看影片與麵包書做了很多麵包
49元以成本、做工,大潤發的法國麵包可以列入常購商品
但我媽嫌脆皮切塊時會掉很多屑
(也是用麵包刀切的)

頭尾特別脆,麥香與嚼勁特別迷人
59元的有分黑麥法國與法國,黑麥法國比較好吃,59另一款就普普
有些人或許咬不動,要自己用烤箱或電鍋蒸過,恢復剛出爐的口感
鹽分稍高
大潤發自己做的49法國冠軍麵包款,袋子背面有油漬,烤得酥脆

是法式麵包的招牌基礎結構

題外話,之前家中油沒有了,老爸說連煎個蛋都只能用我買的信成麻油
逛大潤發時竟然發現有可高溫的葡萄籽油,還有特價!
先買了一罐試試,爸媽認為不錯,
又去買了三罐囤起來(逢低買進,效期到2023)

大潤發的長項應該是水果
但法國麵包最近成了心頭好

題外話大潤發這款雙層衣架,可以放在玄關放置從外面回來的外套與衣服
