前文:話說我去香港看到人手一台PSP跟NDSL~害我心動想買一台!!查出香港和台灣並無價
差~所以決定回台灣在買一台NDSL拉!!上網查了巴板~PTT板~就想說到台北地下街買好了!!

以上是廢話,以下是經過.
到了地下街~就先問一下價錢阿~~配件之類的。
其實心中想再某店(只能說是英文字店)消費
因為網路評價不錯!!!但可惜他沒有我心愛的白色。後來去某店(只能說數字店)
(不知道可不可以打出店名)
他價格比其他店優了$50~~就想說'貪了這小便宜吧!
結果決定付賬了。
小姐就拿出機子要求我去結帳 (心中有種奇怪的感覺!!!)
此時……檢查 看一下盒子發現沒有台灣代理商的貼子....
就跟小姐反應
我說︰"這...是水貨吧!!"
店家就解釋他們可以修阿~之類的....
我因為在香港水貨便宜更多都沒買了,就是要公司貨麻!!!
當下馬上轉身走人!!
事情不在這邊發生的!!...
我到了下一家店,想說大家都這個價就買吧!
店員給我盒子。
我看公司貨就說〝OK.我要這台〞
店家又說出"那好...我們先結帳吧!!"
心中的奇怪終於出來了
我說"欸?不是應該先檢查.在結帳嗎??"
店員:"欸!一般都是先結阿!!你去買PS3或是XBOX360沒有人可以檢查拉"
我先暫停動作
我說"這是你們店家的說法吧"
我說"先等等、先講好、等等結帳完、有瑕疵有問題怎麼辦?"
店員:"送代理商..."
我就舉出買手機去黃色鬼屋都是這樣的方式阿(先檢查在結帳)
店員:"好啦...等等給你檢查拉..."
心中整個點點點!原本期待的興奮感都沒有了!!
結帳之後,店家是還不錯拉。保卡有蓋章沒寫日期.
機子也沒問題.所以沒糾紛.(欸?那怎麼跟消保官有關係,別急,往下看!!)
以上就是我的購買過程....
重點是~買東西"先檢查在結帳"還是"先結帳在檢查"
後來我想想覺得怪怪。就打去"1950"(消費者保護協會專線)
按9~接到消保官。向他提出我的消費過程,詢問店家的交易模式是否恰當!!
消保官有跟我確認消費模式如下:
是否郵購? 否 (郵購有7天可換)
是否店家? 是
貨源是否店面陳列...遇到問題可以做馬上置換的動作? 是
是否已經交易? 是
有交易糾紛? 否
消保官就問我一句 "妳是來問問的吧??"
我就說..."是阿,覺得店家消費模式怪怪的!!"
她是沒有不滿。還說這樣不錯。
確認後,他說店家是違反民法.雙方買受(大大門抱歉,因為我沒有糾紛.
也經確認店家違法!!所以太興奮沒記牢法規)
他說會轉達台北消保會(我人在台東。1950會轉到該縣市的消保會)請人調查也
可以請我MAIL到台北市政府,會有人處理
我就跟消保官確認〝結帳前檢查時是否有瑕疵可換〞
消保官說法是〝你可以挑到你喜歡在結帳!!〞
所以說〝一開機有亮點、或是覺得有小刮痕等等都可要求店家更換!!
(店家說〝代理商不保固亮點之類的話。麻煩妳跟店家說"請店家跟代理商談"
消費者的義務只在你跟商家)
有瑕疵是店家要跟代理商說他們出貨良品率不高!!
我在電腦公司打工的經驗,遇到LCD亮點。店家可退貨!(是指結帳出店門口前喔)
因為女友把我的小N霸佔了,所以有機會在買一台送她!
就問消保官〝萬一我在去買一台,遇到類似糾紛。是否要錄音到時候舉證?〞
他回答我〝有消費事實,不一定要錄音。直接到消保會申訴即可!!(有錄音更佳)
