其實兩方都有各自的想法 不過我是比較偏le大所說的
我希望知道對於發生這種事情 我有哪些方法可以解決
當我知道我的權益在哪裡時
我就可以決定用什麼方式處理
當然我也可能覺得存證信函太貴或嫌麻煩而決定不去追究產品
都不一定
民意調查或許也是一個方式
但也要跟我講一下你的理由 de大說當然概括產品內容時
我會想知道為什麼??你的來源依據是什麼??
如果民意調查只是個人主觀意見
那我下次遇到 還是沒辦法處理
很可能自認倒楣而放棄自己應有的權利
不過le大跟de肯為小弟提供意見
還是很謝謝......
