故事的過程實在是太長了~
所以在這邊就不詳加說明嚕
(想看的鄉民大大請參閱黑店版9450號文嚕)
簡單來說!
就是我在亞太信義忠孝東加盟店購買了nokia2505手機
但是我正常並呵護的使用下
它還是在10天裡面壞掉了
加盟店那邊完全以推託的說法
說是維修部那邊認定是人為造成主機板受潮而不給我們維修
所以不是加盟店的責任
若要爭取的話還要我們去和維修部理論
可是維修部手機拿給他們修一定要收錢的!
保固就是要維修的費用由店家吸收不是嗎?
我已經到消保會申訴了
接下來打算對此家加盟店提出告訴
請問學士淵博的各位大大~~
我該做些什麼樣的事前準備呢?
