小弟負責今年暑假營隊總召
約莫去年11月已有一家廠商與我簽了一份營服的合約
內容大概就是數量 料質 贈送品的部分
最近又有另一家廠商打給我要我跟她簽
我跟她說我已經有簽了 他先問我簽約的當下滿20歲了嗎? 我回答還沒
他說這樣就沒關西你的那份合約無效 不用去管他
想問的就是 真的就照他說的這樣嗎?如果不照一開始的合約走我會有法律責任嗎?
