郵資本來就是估計的 結果被我多收的買家給我普評@@
通常如果是轉賣我會退郵資
但是我現在是在販賣常態性商品 每個賣場的郵資都是固定
怎麼可能一個一個退....
(我買網拍這麼多年 沒有看過賣家會退郵資...)
我現在有跟她說明了
但還是怕他一個不高興不改評價...
請問這個有辦法向錢虎申訴而移除嗎？？？
畢竟我覺得我沒有錯 賣場上郵資也是寫得很清楚
實在不想看到評價裡有普評>"<
