本來在睡覺
被電話吵起來
是一通客服人員打來的電話
告知說因為是老客戶
所以有個『續約』優惠
每月可以少150元
『自動從明天開始計算』
第一個想法是哪有這麼好的事
還是問清楚一點好了
優惠怎麼算 怎麼使用....
覺得越來越不對勁了
Me 「這優惠不需要綁約嗎?」
小姐 『需要的』
Me 「可是我沒有要續約啊」
小姐 『你不要啊!』
這個過程讓我覺得很誇張
不是因為我被吵醒神智不清
而是如果我今天『沒說不要或是要』就掛電話了
那我是不是就『自動續約了』
而且這通電話給我的感覺
更本就不是要問我是否要續約
像是用戶符合資格
本公司有項優惠要提供給你
偷偷要你續約
(因為他不是說你續約就有什麼優惠 而是你符合資格優惠從明天『自動』開始計算)
怎麼會有這麼黑的手段啊
這合法嗎?
大家要小心了
