之前在好市多看到都被它美麗的花紋所吸引,趁著特價時買一盒試試
論壇上頭有超多料理方式,經過我自己的嘗試之後以煎或烤最好吃
有次煮泡麵時白目切片加料,結果體會什麼叫做咬不斷的橡皮筋^^
超美麗的紋路,許多人說這就是俗稱的松阪豬,但也有人說是脖子肉
以我吃起來覺得這個就非常有彈性了,我很喜歡這樣的口感
曾經煎過沾點法國的鹽之花就是高級豬排~~~
另外自己很得意的試驗過,和豬肉紋路垂直切條下去炒之後(這樣才能破壞纖維彈性)
豬頰肉那種很難征服的彈性會降低許多,成為好入後卻Q彈的美味肉條
