友觀台端與HELL公司因銷售網佔產品標錯價格衍生消費者爭議乙案…(中略)
事發後至中央消保會參加由其召開之協調會…(中略)
負責人悍然拒絕所有消費者保護官之賠償或補償建議,堅持以其方式處理…(中略)
本府不表示贊同。是若台端不同意提前揭賠償方式,建請以下權利救濟方式:
1.消基會
2.以消保法50條規定提出團體訴訟
3.以民事訴訟法436條之8以下之規定,提起小額訴訟
4.中央消保會已將HELL公司移送公平會進行廣告不實之調查,並此說明
