我因為電腦故障在5月13日星期四在台中nova店刷卡訂購一台電腦,
店員說最慢5月15日星期六下午兩點會來(說應該是早上就會到,為求保險,
叫我下午兩點再來),當天去取貨時,店員說忘記寄了,貨還在中壢分店,發生這事情已經
很扯了,因為急用電腦也不想白跑一趟,就辦理刷退到別間有現貨的店購買.
之後呢,於5月27日收到花旗的帳單,那筆已經退掉的帳款居然還在應繳費用裡,
於是打電話到花旗詢問,結果他們查詢後說良興並沒有辦理刷退的動作,
也說如果有刷退一般刷退流程是五天,理論上有刷退的話應該是5月20日就會完成.
而我的結帳日是5月22日.所以有很大的可能是還沒執行刷退(花旗也說照他們的紀錄,
良興是沒有辦理刷退的). 那現在該如何呢,就算之後補刷退,
這個月的帳單良興要幫我繳嗎.如果我繳了,花旗會退款給我嗎,
我猜頂多是之後從刷卡金扣吧.就一比閒置資金卡在信用卡帳戶裡面.
良興實在誇張到難以置信,這時代這樣的店還能生存嗎?
