買了一件商品約1000
沒買的時候注意到商品內容最下面寫了一條
近期此商品因XXX原因要漲100元
下標了 以為就是1000 一直都以為我買的金額就是結標價
但賣家來信說要我多付100，因商品內容有寫
我說不要，因為我主張這是廣告不實而且違返拍賣平台規定
要賣家退我錢
賣家說可以退我錢，但要扣我手續費3%+15轉帳費
這樣合理嗎？ 還是這算是我的錯，自己沒看清楚活該？
請問
賣家這種行為是常態？ 可被允許的嗎？
其實我想找y拍申訴
但在他們的網頁找不到買賣糾紛申訴管道
只有一堆有的沒的糾紛說明
錢是沒多少 但一整個奇摩子就不對= ="
