日前在EBAY購買了物品!
拖了很久也寄很多信，最後賣家才好不容易說寄出了，也給我追蹤號
但是到USPS查詢結果是表示9/26 USPS收到賣家的郵寄訂單
直到今日9/29 一直都是以下狀態!
想請問各位，這樣是表示賣家一定會寄出嗎? 還是有可能是拖延的謊言
