請問paypal的cliam是否可退部分款就好 - 海外購物

買家收到兩個商品 但是說商品跟圖片不合
直接就到paypal開了dispute
他要求退回 我請他用有tracing number的方式寄回

因為一直沒收到消息 怕20天後 我的錢直接消失
所以我剛剛提高到claim

如果我不想退他運費
paypal此時有五個選項讓我選
我該選哪一個呢?
選"Offer the buyer a partial refund in an attempt to close this claim. "對嗎

還是我只能選
"Issue the buyer a refund for the disputed amount $XX.
The buyer must return the item(s)."

沒使用過claim...因為這個客人蠻機車的
不想把運費退給他...3Q
