PAYPAL開claim - 海外購物

大家好~ 最近也是開了 Claim 想要回一筆錢，結果賣家給了一個無效的 tracking

number, 以下是PAYPAL 上顯示的狀況

這樣物品賣家說缺貨所以不會出貨，沒想到開CLAIM後給了一個 NA 的 tracking

現在 PAYPAL 要我的回覆

Please review the information and let us know how you would like to proceed.

1. If you've resolved this problem, you can cancel this claim anytime.

2. If you received the item but it's different to what you expected, you can
change your reason for this claim.


這兩樣都不是我要選的，對方提供的tracking number 有問題，可是也沒有第三種選項

請問接下來該怎麼做才好? 謝謝

: 直接在paypal開Claim，賣家一定要處理，因為paypal 已經凍結你從paypal sent 給賣家的錢
: 一般來說一旦開了Claim，paypal 會介入處理，要求賣家跟買家溝通。
: 如果賣家已經寄出商品，通常一定會有追蹤號碼可以寄給妳。
: 如果你沒有透過ebay 交易，至少盡可能保留你和賣家溝通的email佐證。
: 不知道你是否已經開paypal Claim，盡可能先和賣家聯繫，若賣家不理你就直接去開Claim吧
