之前與HP的消費爭議終於有個結論了
我九月底向消保會申訴後
HP總公司還是很積極的要換一台"良品的電腦"給我
雖然型號比我之前買的新功能也比較好
或許以之前其他人的案例
能換一台電腦已經很不錯了
但是我心裡還是不能接受
不管別人是如何跟業者達成協議的
我就是無法再相信HP的產品
中間HP打過很多次電話來希望說服我換電腦
我也一直回應我唯一的主張就是全額退費
但是HP人員好像聽不懂我講的話似的
每次打電話來就是問我願不願意接受換電腦
我也一在的回應我只能接受退費這個解決方法
HP人員也一次又一次的告訴我退費有多困難、無法做到
一樣的談話內容打了好幾通的電話
我實在不堪其擾直接跟業者說
這樣重複的內容一直在講實在浪費我的時間
我會去二次申訴請消保會直接開協調會
本周一我收到通知協調會訂於今天(周五)
周二HP就打電話來說他們願意全額退費
希望我取消星期五(今天)的協調會
也許我有點不理智但是我整個就暴怒了
之前不是說退費有多困難嗎?
怎麼要開協調會就可以退錢了呢?
我著著實實的感覺業者之前就是一直在試探我會不會放棄
會不會嫌麻煩就接受換新電腦了
於是我很幼稚的說我考慮到協調會當天見面直接給你答覆
今天協調會的過程最親切的就是消保官
她一直有在替消費者發聲
當HP人員那自認為會全額退費給我是多大的恩惠
好像HP在台灣成立公司只有我一人得到退費一樣
我那時心裡好委屈
我覺得我接受了好像是同意他們給我的施捨一樣
這時消費保官馬上打斷業者的話說:
我看這位小姐的維修紀錄
如果這真的是一台有瑕疵的電腦
消費者是可以全額退費不計算折舊率的
這並不是如業者你所說好像是多給予消費者的
我整個就覺得這位消保官真是天使~
她真的很了解消費者的想法
而且HP人員在聽我說話時
會一直以高音調的說
"然後呢?" "所以呢?"中斷我說的話
讓我覺得他非常機車 非常傲慢
總之這件事情總算結束了
那就是HP會退還我當初購買全額的金額~
其實在這當中我也時常懷疑自己的要求是不是很不合理
但是我一直告訴自己不管別人以前怎麼做
我現在就是覺得委屈~我就是不能接受阿~
如果我覺得自己是對的我為什麼要放棄?
果真堅持到最後是對的~~
