EBAY Loss Prevention Department 來信通知問題? - 海外購物

在EBAY上購物,匯款二週多還沒收到物品,

匯款前後幾天與賣家都有溝通,他也說寄出物品(但沒證據)

但今天又收到了一封EBAY寄來的通知,告訴我這個賣家可能有問題,

物品網頁被移除,看他評價也有剛一位給他負評說沒收到物品並開了claim

物品金額不小,所以我立刻也開了索賠,原因選賣家可能詐欺

我的說明附上EBAY來信內容及他的評價也剛有人說未收到,

想請問大家有欲過這樣的案例嗎?

金額是否能成功要的回來,

蠻緊張的.....大約6K左右的東西

或是我還能做什麼處置呢???
