The Dell lawsuit will cost the computer giant $3.85 million settlement check
to the state of California. In addition, at least forty five other states
that participated in the Dell Lawsuit will receive settlement checks to be
distributed to the customers who were ripped off. Of Course part of the money
will be used to pay off the Class Action Law Firms that negotiated the
Settlement Checks.

Wintel computer giant Dell has been slapped with a class-action law suit
accusing the company of bait-and-switch tactics, false advertising, and
fraud. The lawsuit was filed in Francisco County Superior Court on February
14th, though Dell itself is based in Round Rock, TX.
