因為錢在那拖太久了,所以我在上上禮拜主動聯絡D3ll.
說我要退款,因為我本身工作很忙,只有星期日放假有時還沒.
我不想請假會被扣全勤2000.
我說明希望用匯款方式,但是我只有郵局的,
D3ll居然說郵局的不行= =.
那沒關係,因為公司關係剛好要開個新戶頭,
我說不然等我新戶開好,再把錢匯進來.
結果今天早上我去開好戶頭,剛走出銀行,
就接到我爸的電話:今天有張支票寄來喔,花旗的............
幹.................(原諒我)
意思是說,因為我在外地工作,我要找時間回家一趟(來回就要1天).
我還要拿著支票請假到銀行去,處理的時間跟精神不算,
車資+全勤=大約3000.
唉,D3ll的處理態度真的很差.
我非常失望,去年還覺得這家公司雖然賣的貴,但品質跟售後服務應該不錯.
(我很討厭買來的東西問題很多動不動要修要換)
但是我現在覺得,D3ll很爛服務很差,客服跟對外消息都看起來很有禮貌誠意.
但是實際的作為卻是這樣,胡亂幫客戶決定,害客戶損失時間金錢,一點也不尊重客戶.
不斷的出錯也算了,胡亂決定寄出支票是怎麼回事?
實質上我看不出D3ll有甚麼誠意跟服務態度,如果不是大廠,
因為不會這麼容易混過去吧?會被定死吧.
