上個禮拜去逛Costco,剛好酪梨有在特價,一袋5個,買回來打成酪梨牛奶喝看看,
跟大家分享一下。

跟蘋果一樣,通常會特價果然是已經成熟了,也好,買回家馬上就能吃。
Costco賣的是加州進口的酪梨,和國產的酪梨比起來,加州酪梨的外殻接近黑栗色,
國產酪梨則為翠綠色。
以前都是老媽切好酪梨放在保鮮盒,要吃的人自己取用,所以我也不知道如何剝掉外殻。
一開始先用刀子把皮削掉,再切丁。
可是手握住一邊削好皮的酪梨,再削另一邊時,酪梨的果肉因為接近果泥,果泥會從指
縫間擠出來,沾得滿手都是,變得很難削。
後來發現成熟的酪梨殼是硬的,只要用一隻有弧度的湯匙像剝柳丁一樣就能輕易剝除啦~
接著看是要用湯匙直接刮除果肉或是用刀子切丁切片都可以,看個人需要。
因為我是要打果汁,不用管外觀,就用湯匙快速刮除即可。
酪梨牛奶
(A)酪梨一顆
(B)低脂牛奶(酪梨熱量已經很高了,覺得買低脂牛奶比較健康)
(C)蜂蜜
打成牛奶的酪梨腥味較重,看到Vitamix果汁機附送的食譜,有一道「酪梨蘋果蜜」,
就打來喝看看。
不過,我的成品沒加水,是加牛奶。
食譜說,酪梨加了蘋果後,熱量可以減低!!!但原理我也不明白~
以下配方來自書籍「1分鐘 200道 全營養食譜」/作者:莊曉錡、王欣瑜
酪梨蘋果蜜
1. 酪梨 190g
2. 蘋果 一顆(約170g)
3. 冰塊 一米杯(自己沒加,改加低脂牛奶)
4. 冷開水 180c.c.(沒加,改加低脂牛奶)
做法:將所有材料置入容器,打40秒,完成。
成品:650c.c. 約3人份
熱量:168.3/Kcal 脂訪:1.7g
膳食纖維:6.8g 蛋白質:2.6g
醣類:40.4g 鈉:12.7mg
小常識:
酪梨因含脂肪熱量高,所以搭配蘋果可減少熱量。
酪梨的不飽和脂肪酸可以調降血脂,酪梨和蘋果豐富的纖維也有助降脂降壓。
因為蘋果打成果汁也是泥狀,所以牛奶或水要夠多,不然很難打得動。
不想加太多牛奶,打起來會像奶昔,味道變得更加濃厚,其實也很好喝~~
加了蘋果的酪梨牛奶,腥味減少了,而且蘋果有甜度,可以取代蜂蜜,決定以後就
這樣喝~
發現牛奶類果汁要飲用時,如果用紅酒杯喝,牛奶的綿密口感更能持久喔,果汁也
較不易氧化,推薦給大家試試^_^~
聽說孕婦要幫肚子裡的寶寶增肥,喝酪梨牛奶成效很明顯,但我沒有寶寶,只好這
陣子多運動了@@~
