露天的露信情形 - 網賣

之前買家有問題留問與答或悄悄話幾乎都會主動回信到信箱中
但最近我的賣場的信箱都常常收不到耶~
是露天的問題嗎?還是是我的電子郵件業者系統問題?
但我已經用了兩個信箱同時收(yahoo跟gmail)
這樣要一直登入露天實在有點困擾><
請問大家也有遇到這種情況嗎?
要怎麼解決呢?
