不知道在這個板發問是否適宜,因為有關國際稅務問題

今天接到華美報關(兼貨運?)行的電話說空運送來的貨品被攔截了...
因為是第一次遇到這種事情,看了很多網路上的資料,但是關於"調價"的資料很少
大多是直接課稅
想請問
在網拍上買了大陸發貨的雪靴(訂單約有19雙 單價140)
總物品金額未超過3000元,報關的服務小姐說會以"調價"取代"課稅"
調價方面有"依據"或是"資料"可參考嗎?
還是只能等貨運送來時他說該付多少就付多少呢?
(會不會胡亂開價阿?)
