衣服被海關弄破 可以申請賠償嗎 - 海外購物

幫同學買的一件羽絨外套
疑是在過海關的時候被海關弄破了
破洞有三個 都是刀割的破洞
因為朋友在幫忙寄的時候有檢查過外套都是完整的
所以幾乎可以確定就是海關弄破的
我們在新竹 應該是台北海關吧~
不知道有沒有人去申訴過類似情形
這樣的情形要求賠償的機會大嗎
