大家好
事情是這樣的
小弟有在小接ASOS代購的服務
大約從10月開始我收到了很多的瑕疵品
收到瑕疵品我對客人的承諾都是我會保證處理到好
所以只要收到有髒污,嚴重試穿過的痕跡,汗臭味等等
我都會一律對ASOS提出換貨或退款申請
10月至11月間我申請了約五個包裹的退貨
商品都有附上照片經過ASOS同意退貨(他們負責郵資)
但我所有的商品都完成程序了,寄到了她們那邊也收到了退款
卻一直收不到我的郵資退費,我持續的反應好不容易五個收到了三個,這時已經11月初
在我有點生氣的反應後,
有位客服問了我:請問你退貨包裹是哪幾個? 我找不到相關記錄
這時我大概知道為什麼我會只收到三個(還是反應了大半個月後才收到)
然而在1111的時候我下單了大約20樣的商品
分成了兩個包裹(第二個包裹都破了大洞還是快遞寄來,我不知道出了什麼問題??)
第一個包裹漏了雙鞋
第二個包裹漏的一件大衣以及一頂nike小帽子
我隨即向ASOS反應,過沒多久我帳號居然被鎖了
收到了一封信
內容大概是:
因為您的帳號發現了許多的問題,有太多的退款命令
所以ASOS這邊不再支援對你的服務,關於索賠請自行聯繫銀行
請銀行對他們提出索賠要求.
並將關閉您的email連結,
您的回應將會自動無效化.

收到這封信我當下傻眼
從頭到尾都是他們的疏失他們的問題
我之後透過各種他們得聯繫管道
想要進行溝通,沒想到他們一律回我如同上面的罐頭訊息
之後鎖定該封email不再讓我進行聯繫
我有像visa卡提出問題
他們那邊回覆
這應該是買家與賣家應該協調好的
他們那邊只能申訴爭議款(例如盜刷,詐騙)
他們請我向ASOS聯繫,
但我一直聯繫不到,
然而在昨天
我收到了我最後一張訂單(帳號鎖定前下單的)
當時我很怕打開又少了東西
結果東西數量正確了
但,我買了型號A他卻給我型號B......
送來了根本不是我所購買的東西
我又向他們反應了一次
得到的回覆:
Hello WEIQI,
Thanks for getting in touch.
I can see that you’ve been previously advised that ASOS will not be accepting any further orders from you, due to issues you've had regarding missing items.
For any missing funds you’ll need to raise this with your bank, who will then get in contact with us to raise a claim.
Due to the number of issues on your account, we're not willing to process any further claims.
We're unable to help you further with this, any emails received regarding this matter will be automatically completed with no response.

所以現在大公司是可以這樣耍無賴的嗎
他們也不給我申訴直接斷開我連結
我現在只能想到對他們提出 詐欺
看對他們提告能不能捍衛我的權益
但我不知道該如何聯繫英國那邊的相關單位
感覺我在台灣這邊報警,說不定這件事就沒辦法解決,變成羅生門
我一開始一直以為這是個誤會,想好好與他們溝通
他們可能以為我是惡意退款,所以才將我封鎖
但我將相關資料,商品照片證明,郵資證明再次傳送給他們
他們還是回覆我一樣的訊息,這時我就有點火大了
直到我收到最後的訂單還是出問題,反應了居然耍無賴
我想了一下,既然他們要這樣搞我,那我也要想辦法對他們提出應該有的申告
我不想就這樣自己吃下,實在太莫名其妙了.
所以想請教強大版友們
能否給我一些處理的建議....
