and you couldn't resolve the concerns with the seller, CY LTD.

using the Amazon.com order form. The information necessary to fulfill your

details of order fulfillment and support.
Because we are not directly involved in the fulfillment of your order,
we are not able to send a replacement on the seller's behalf. We do, however,
offer a full refund through our A-to-z Guarantee in the event that you don't
receive your order or received damaged/defective/incorrect items.
Therefore, I've submitted an A-to-z Guarantee claim on your behalf for order

好像如果我按退貨會退到美國
(可是他的東西確卻實實是來自大陸)

,our supplier is a USA company,I
said before the barcode is a
sticker ,and we not used on online shopping!also we accept the return
with full refund!if you need I pay return fee,sorry it really hard to
charge on amazon seller system,we can not refund more than you pay on Amazon!

contact Chinese office will receiving your package return ,the shipping
cost much less than shipping to USA!
