老實說,我不太願意直接跟客服對話的主要原因是我的爛英文
所以我一開始選擇可以用中文對話的賣家
現在賣家不理我了
當我告訴他我有ergobaby 的說明後
他回信給我:
Dear buyer ,
please transfer ergo baby comfirmation letter to me!we need to contact our supplier,it is very important to us,thank you very much!
For your order!Do you Choose return or refund,if return i will give you our Chinese office address。and you need told me shipping charge from TW to Ningbo China at first,for partial refund I would like refund 100 dolloar!

還跟我說按下退貨後會先 退一百
但我沒作
主要原因有二
1.我怕按下退貨後,等同契約作廢
2.我覺得這如同網路詐騙,沒被抓到 就賺了 被抓到 只是把費用退還
再繼續詐騙其他人,我希望他能有一定的 (疼痛)
接下來我應該以亞馬遜客服為主,會參考這篇內容
