我朋友的爸爸在網路上買了一台HP的印表機
後來他爸爸去買了墨水匣
依照HP附的單子上建議應用的型號買了，才發現不能用
現在想退掉墨水匣 HP不給退 囧（一個好像一千多）
請問這種情況該怎麼解決呢？需要找消基會嗎
