老實說我常常在看完奧客版之後感到很生氣，
因為我覺得我們這種照規矩來的消費者好像笨蛋一樣。
我因為不想造成店員或商家的困擾，所以不太會去特別要求什麼
也都盡量配合商家的規定.....
結果呢??
花同樣的錢，
為什麼得到的利益或是服務卻遠遠比不上奧客?
像現在這個鞋子的案例，
連破鞋都可以換新的，而且還不是路邊攤的雜牌
如果厚臉皮一點就可以賺到這麼多東西，
那當奧客又有什麼不好?
我有時候真的很不懂上面的人到底在想什麼?
鬧一鬧就有糖吃.....
那麼大家都來鬧好了，
為什麼我這麼乖卻還要做吃不到糖的人?
